I will tailor your treatment to produce therapeutic and structural results so you can regain strength, flexibility, movement and energy, as well as, relaxation and stress release. I am certified in Myofascial Release Therapy, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Orthopedic, Sports, Esalen Deep Tissue and Reiki, among many other specialties.

“I have had many massages; deep tissue, Swedish, etc but Cristy’s techniques go beyond those. I store a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders which in my case results in daily body aches. After she worked on my whole body I no longer felt the aches the next day and going forward. My husband has Parkinson’s and had been suffering from balance issues and after one session he went from shuffling his feet to actually walking with a better stride. He also has edema in his left leg and she was able to bring the swelling down. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what she’s doing and recommends stretches and exercises to work on.
