I have a passion for helping individuals achieve their optimal health and well-being. Whether you need stretching for tight, achy muscles; require specific gentle musculoskeletal alignment for injuries or a chronic condition; or just a relaxing massage to calm the nervous system from everyday stressors, I will tailor your treatment accordingly. I often integrate many of the services I offer during a treatment depending on what I discover needs specific attention.

I have over thirteen years of bodywork experience. Many of those years spent working at beautiful destinations such as The Bridges, Rancho Valencia, Terranea, Four Seasons and L'Auberge, as well as, in a more clinical setting working closely with acupuncturists and chiropractors. Providing a safe, peaceful and informative setting without the sense of feeling rushed is an integral part of my holistic approach to healing and fostering wellness.

I vow to expand my knowledge by continuing to take Continuing Educational Courses in the realm of Bodywork; Mindfulness; Energetic Healing; Movement and Self-Growth. Deepening my skills and knowledge is a life-long journey. As one of my favorite instructors Dr. Dalton likes to say, “the truly educated never graduate”.

John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR), Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy (MAT), Klose Training for Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), The International Professional School of Bodywork, Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and Esalen Institute are just a few schools I've attended for the specialties I offer.

Beyond my passion for bodywork I love spending time with my family. My husband is an avid surfer so we’re at our local surf spots quite often. I have a strong and close bond with my step-daughters who are amazing students, athletes, warm souls and crack me up much of the time. You can often find me at Yoga Tropics sweating out all my toxins or at the YMCA running and strength training. I make an effort to practice what I preach by staying active, eating healthy and taking time to care for myself on a spiritual and energetic level. Moving the body prevents fascia from dehydrating, solidifying and constricting.

I'm here to help you with a treatment plan that puts your life back in motion and offers you profoundly effective, long term, permanent health benefits for body, mind and soul.
